With over 13-years of experience, Tim has developed a deep understanding of the Iowa City Area real estate market. He is well-versed in the area's unique blend of arts, culture, educational institutions, healthcare, local businesses, and the continued growth that creates an exceptional community.

Tim lives in the Northside Historic District with his wife, Anna, their daughter Ruth, their son Simon, a massive dog named Cora, and a bizarre cat named Lilac. He is an avid reader of fantasy fiction, passionate Peloton groupie, and aspiring fitness hobbyist.

He returned to Iowa City after graduating from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, to pursue a career in real estate. Since 2010, he has been licensed to practice real estate in Iowa, and in 2019 he became an owner and partner at Blank and McCune, The Real Estate Company.

Tim was raised in a creative household and got to know the academic and artistic scenes in Iowa City. His late father, Frank Conroy, was an author and past director of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop from 1987 – 2005. His mother, Maggie Conroy, received her MFA from the University of Iowa Playwrights Workshop. Maggie (AKA Mags) has written, directed, and acted in staged productions in Iowa City, Boston, and Nantucket Island.
